However, customer satisfaction remains our priority, and we are happy to assist with returns or exchanges under the conditions mentioned below.
Return & Exchange Window
We offer a 5-day return and exchange policy. Customers may request a return or exchange within 5 days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn and in its original condition
- Include original packaging, tags and accessories
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order receipt
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products purchased during sales or promotional discounts
- Bundle or combo products
However, replacements will be provided in the following situations:
- Wrong product delivered
- Product damaged during transit
- Different variants shipped
- Product lost during delivery
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a request, please email us at contact@kiyaflora.com within 5 days of receiving the order.
Include the following details:
- Order number
- Product name/title
- Date of purchase
- Reason for return or exchange
- Proof of purchase or receipt
- Image of the product (recommended)
For exchanges, kindly mention the product you wish to receive instead.
Damaged Products During Transit
If you receive a damaged item, please report it within 24 hours of delivery by emailing product images to contact@kiyaflora.com.
Once verified, we will arrange a pickup and send a replacement product.
Refund Policy
After the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes the quality inspection, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Refunds Will Not Be Issued For
- Products returned after the 5-day return period
- Used, damaged or altered products
- Sale or discounted items (unless incorrect or damaged)
- Shipping charges paid by the customer
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not been received:
- Recheck your bank account
- Contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary

Return Shipping Responsibility
If customers choose to ship the product themselves, Kiyaflora™ will not be responsible for any loss or damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable courier service or shipping insurance.
